What are Heavy Hitter Camps?

Camp sessions are training sessions designed by our athletes. Athletes personally work with each attendee in a training circuit, allowing for more personal time, connection, and individual instruction. Camps are open to all skill levels ages 6+.

What happens during camp?

Campers rotate through stations focused on hitting, fielding, throwing, defensive fundamentals, and game-ready skills, with athlete-designed instruction and hands-on reps.

What time zone are camp times listed in?

All camps are listed in the local time zone of the event location.

What is included with a Photo + Autograph package?

Photo and autograph packages include a personal item autographed and photos with our athletes on your device.

Can I bring a personal item to be signed?

Yes. Campers may bring a personal item for the featured athlete to sign when the photo and autograph experience is offered for that event.

What is a VIP Experience?

The Heavy Hitter VIP Experience is an exclusive, limited-capacity add-on designed to give campers more personal time with their favorite athletes. It is typically held immediately following camp and may include photo and autograph opportunities, an extended Q&A, a group activity, additional interaction, behind-the-scenes moments, and mental toughness conversations.

What is included with my VIP ticket?

A camper VIP ticket includes admission for one camper to the designated VIP Experience, including a photo and autograph opportunity, an extended Q&A, and a group activity led by the featured athlete, subject to the specific event schedule.

Can parents or guardians purchase VIP tickets?

Yes. Parent and guardian VIP admission may be purchased as an additional ticket during checkout when offered.

Question 9

Can I enter the VIP event without purchasing a parent or guardian ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. Only registered VIP ticket holders are permitted inside the limited-capacity event space. Without a parent or guardian VIP ticket, the athlete must be dropped off for the VIP portion and picked up at the designated time.

Will athletes take photos and sign autographs during the VIP Experience?

Yes. A designated portion of the VIP Experience is reserved for photos and autographs.

Is the VIP Experience included with a regular camp ticket?

No. The VIP Experience is a separate add-on and requires an additional ticket. Availability is limited and VIP tickets may sell out.

What are Fan VIP Event Experiences?

Accepted Answer

Fan VIP Event Experiences are open to fans and softball community members. These events are opportunities to meet with athletes, take home signed memorabilia, and capture special moments with pictures. Events feature a question-and-answer session and opportunities to meet your favorite athletes.
